The Westin Houston, Memorial City was the venue for the 21st Annual Gala of the Texas Chiropractic College on Saturday, March 24, 2012. The event started at 6:30 pm and guests enjoyed delicous appetizers like Sumac Beef and Tandoori Spiced Chicken Skewers, while sipping on cocktails from the open bar. The silent auction opened at the same time and attracted the gala guests, many of them in their beautiful gowns and black ties.
When the chimes called for dinner, the guests made their way to the dining hall, where the tables for gambling were already set up in the back of the room. Texas Chiropractic College President Richard Brassard welcomed the more than 260 guests and introduced the Gala Chairs Dr. Sandra Hughes and Ken Cauthorn. Jackie Medina, Director of Development & Marketing joined the president and the gala chairs and a number of awards for support and appreciation were handed out.
A wonderful dinner was served and guests enjoyed a outstanding evening with fun, gourmet dining, glamour and gambling.
